2. Multifunctional pressure control valves UT, UG, UCT, UCG can use any of the following hydraulic fluids: Recommended fluid: You can use any of the following hydraulic fluids Petroleum base oil: Use equivalent to ISO VG32 Or VG46 oil. Synthetic liquid: use phosphate ester liquid or polyol ester liquid. When using phosphate ester fluid, please use a special fluorine rubber seal. Aqueous liquid: Use water-glycol liquid.
3. Working oil temperature of multifunctional pressure control valve UT, UG, UCT, UCG: the temperature of continuous working is -17℃～+70℃.
4. The multi-function pressure control valve UT, UG, UCT, UCG should pay attention to control the pollution of hydraulic oil, otherwise it will cause damage to the valve or shorten the service life. Please ensure that the pollution degree is NAS 1638-11 level, and use a 25μ or finer pipeline oil filter.
5. Multifunctional pressure control valve UT, UG, UCT, UCG pressure adjustment: when adjusting the pressure, loosen the lock nut, slowly turn the handle, clockwise to increase the pressure, counterclockwise to reduce the pressure, please be sure to tighten Nut. The pressure is limited by the installed retaining ring. When the working pressure cannot be reached, some retaining rings can be removed.
6. Multifunctional pressure control valve UT, UG, UCT, UCG flow selection: the pressure of the drain port must be maintained at a low back pressure similar to atmospheric pressure, so the diameter of the drain port should be connected to the tank. There are two threaded pressure ports, they can be connected in series with each other in the pipeline, one is the inlet and the other is the outlet, and the valve can also be used when one pressure port is blocked.
