车床液压站特性的特性：采用了新型的风冷油箱，其带有自动温度检测报警功能。而当油温超过系统范围，液压温控系统会自动报警，维护人员可以及时进行对液压站检测。而油温升高的原因有：油液不足、油液污染、滤网堵塞、散热器风扇不工作以及散热板尘污严重，而像这些现象都是可以通过温度的反应自动报警预先获得，进而更好的对设备进行维护，大大的降低其维修成本。
