力士乐变量柱塞泵的保养工作是其投入使用之后一个非常需要注意的事项，柱塞泵所使用的泄油管一定不能够太细太长，否则就容易导致密封处松动。密封垫应当及时检查以及更换，因为密封处老化或者是管接头损伤都会导致漏油现象的发生。铸铁泵壳在使用之前应当仔细检查有没有砂眼或者是焊接不良的地方，一旦发现这类的次品应当立即更换。
